Terms of Use
Last updated October 2, 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses Apro.bar and its apps (Command, My Work, Payments, Automation and the Console). By signing in you accept them.
A private tool
Apro.bar is a proprietary service. Access is a privilege given to invited members of our affiliated games, through their Discord roles, and can be changed or removed at any time.
Your account
You sign in with your own Discord account. Do not share it or your passcode, do not let anyone else use your session, and tell us at once if you think someone has.
You must be old enough to have a Discord account where you live. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you, and to any work you are paid for.
Confidentiality
Everything you see in the tools is confidential: the games' data, work, payments and statistics, and the tools themselves, how they look and how they work.
Do not share, publish, copy or describe any of it outside the team of the game it belongs to without Apro.bar's written permission. This duty continues after your access ends.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, reverse engineer, scrape or automate the tools, try to reach anything you were not given, test their security without permission, or use them, or what you learn from them, to build a similar product.
Your work
What you create belongs to you or to the game, as agreed between you. You allow us to store and process it to run the tools for that game.
Payments
Payments records what games owe and pay. It is not a bank and does not move money: each game pays its people itself, and the amounts are those its finance team records.
The service
The tools are provided as they are, and may change, pause or stop. To the extent the law allows, Apro.bar is not liable for losses arising from their use or unavailability.
Ending access
We may suspend or end access at any time, in particular if these terms are broken. The confidentiality and acceptable use terms continue to apply afterwards.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the new version is published here with its date; using the tools afterwards means accepting it. For any question, contact your game's owners or Apro.bar on Discord.
