Privacy Policy

Apro.bar is a private, proprietary service that provides a set of tools to its affiliated games. It is not open to the public: only people invited through one of those games can sign in. This page explains what we keep about you, why, where it is kept and for how long.
What we keep
Your Discord account as Discord shares it when you sign in: your ID, display name and picture, and the roles you hold in our games' Discord servers. We never ask for or keep your password or your email address.
What you do in the tools: the work you are given and hand in, comments, files you upload, reviews, and your settings (language, theme, notifications, and a passcode if you turn one on, kept only as a one-way hash).
For people who are paid: the name, Roblox account and preferred way of being paid that a game's finance team records, with invoices, their files and the amounts paid.
For each game: its Roblox experience and the statistics Roblox provides about it.
Why we keep it
Only to run the tools for the games you work on: to sign you in, decide what you may see and do, show and record the work, pay the people who did it, and tell you about it in Discord. We do not sell your data, show advertising or build profiles of you.
Who can see it
The people of the same game whose ranks allow it, and Apro.bar's administrators when running the service. A game's data is never shown to another game.
We rely on a few service providers: Discord to sign you in and send messages, Roblox for game statistics, Sentry to report the tools' errors (with no recordings of your screen), and trusted hosting, network and storage providers to run the service and keep its encrypted backups. Each receives only what its part needs and may not use it for anything else.
Where it is kept and how it is protected
Everything is kept on a private server in the United States. Every connection to the tools is encrypted, and what you may see is checked by the server on every request.
Signing in keeps only a fingerprint of your session, never the session itself. Keys that connect a game to Roblox are encrypted. Backups are taken every night and encrypted before they leave the server, with a key that is kept offline; our hosting provider also keeps its own copies of the server.
How long we keep it
Your data is kept while you are part of a game that uses the tools. Sign-ins expire on their own. Backups are removed after 30 days. Payment records are never erased, only cancelled or voided, because financial records must be kept.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the tools need: one that keeps you signed in, and ones that remember your theme, language and layout. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or remove what we keep about you, except records we must keep (such as payments). Leaving a game's Discord server, or losing its roles, ends your access to that game.
Confidentiality
Everything in the tools is confidential to Apro.bar and the games that use them, and is treated that way by everyone who has access.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with its date. For any question or request, contact your game's owners or Apro.bar on Discord.
